Mission

Our mission is to work closely with our customers to:

  • Ensure that accommodation and facilities are provided which enable Cardiff Metropolitan University to deliver its strategic and operational objectives

  • Promote sustainability in all we do

  • Provide a quality and responsive service which we will continuously seek to improve

  • Provide a central source of expertise and support on Estates and Facilities related matters to Cardiff Metropolitan University as a whole

Commercial Services​

The primary responsibility of commercial services is to provide the university's students, staff and visitors with a range of professional services and facilities that support their day to day activities; in addition the division seeks to generate additional income surpluses for reinvestment back into the university.

The range of services and facilities include:

Student Accommodation and Residences
Catering and Hospitality Services
Conference Services
The Timetable Unit 
Print and Copy services
University Smart Card (Met Card) and various technical systems that underpin activities and facilities across the university.​


Property​ Services​

Property Services primary function is to maintain and develop the physical property asset and to manage the day to day running of the University's facilities needs.
