Interviews and Assessment Centres


​Interviews and Assessment Centres are used by employers to evaluate the suitability of applicants.

Interview formats can vary. Sometimes, you will be asked to undertake assessment activities before or after the interview but whatever the scenario, you need to be prepared.

All Cardiff Metropolitan University, students have access to careers e-module via Moodle. To find it just view your module course list - CAREER_15 Your Career e-Module_15.

  • The different types of interview

  • How to plan for an interview and create a good impression

  • Planning positive answers to both anticipated and 'difficult' questions
