Mental Health

Career Development Services at Cardiff Met recognise the importance of the need to address issues concerning mental health when working with our clients.

Adjusting to life as a student can be stressful.  You may be new to Cardiff or away from home for the first time.  Student Services offer a range of services that can help to support you from help in dealing with exam stress to more personal issues.

You are welcome to contact Student Services Wellbeing and Mental Health Advisory Service to discuss your individual circumstances.
