Careers Service support for graduates
Graduates can access the Careers Service and all of it's advice, guidance and information resources for up to three years after graduation.
We are open throughout the university vacation time (closed Christmas to New Year), and are available to speak in person, over the phone or over Skype.
You can still access all the features of CareerHub after you have left Cardiff Met, which include job searching, appointment booking and our ask a question service.
Shortly after graduation you should have received an email with details of how to access CareerHub as a graduate. If you cannot find that email, simply go to the CareerHub login page, click on 'Graduate' and then 'Reset your password'. You will receive an email to the personal address you had registered while at university.
If you do not receive the password reset email or you no longer have access to the email you registered to the university with, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request the email on your account be updated. You will need to quote your student number.
Each year we run the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey, looking to find out what our graduates are doing six months after graduation. We use this information to help support our students and graduates with their career planning. Further information can be found on our DLHE survey page.
For 2018 graduates, the survey will be changed to the Graduate Outcomes survey and you will receive the survey in September 2019.
