Senior Quality Enhancement Officer
Room number: M0.01
Extension number: 5740
I have worked in the Learning & Teaching Development Unit since 2009. I originally joined the team as a Learning Developer (Media) and have progressed within the team to Employability Officer, Quality Enhancement Officer and now Senior Quality Enhancement Officer. My role involves administration, analysis and reporting of a number of institutional surveys throughout the year, as well as implementing enhancement work in relation to student feedback. I am also involved in the Student Led Teaching Fellowships run jointly with the Students' Union and collating all forms of student feedback from across the institution. I am involved in a number of quality enhancement activities across the university, working with both staff and students to improve the student experience.
I have a BScEcon in Geography & American Studies from Swansea University, and in 2014 I obtained my Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education and Fellowship of the HEA. I am also a Level 2 Swimming Teacher and teach children to swim at a local swim school in my spare time.
