Try rephrasing feedback comments in your own words. This will force you to check that you do understand exactly what your tutors are saying. If you're not sure what the feedback means, ask for clarification. Your tutors want you to succeed, so don't be afraid to ask! Going through your feedback and identifying where in your work it applies, and checking how the comments relate to the assessment criteria, is also very useful.
