Class Information​

Members = FREE                   

Non-Members = £5

All participants must collect a receipt from the Cyncoed​ or Llandaff Fitness Centre prior to the class taking place.  Please hand receipt to the Instructor.​


  • Classes are suitable for all levels of ability.
  • Participants must be 16 years old or over.
  • Please advise the Instructor if you have any medical conditions which could affect your ability to exercise.
  • Classes are cancelled on bank holidays.

Wattbike are the most advanced indoor cycling bike on the market allowing you to completely personalise your training to your current fitness level giving you the most efficient and  productive use of your time.  We will be running two introductory classes; these classes will be for all abilities and are a compulsory induction on how to use the bikes, computer displays and different gearing functions prior to attending the main classes which will be based around high intensity interval training. 


Bootcamp is a fun class aimed at strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. The Bootcamps are designed in a way to keep you guessing and challenge you in every class. Bootcamps can be indoors and outdoors and use a variety of equipment such as kettle bells, medicine balls, powerbags and battling ropes.

The world's most popular boxing fitness session. Boxercise will get you in top condition and help you de-stress with combinations of pad work, skipping and bodyweight circuits. It is non-contact and the emphasis is on knocking your body into shape.

Pilates is a of low impact exercise that strengthens the core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. It also improves general flexibility and promotes good posture. All abilities/levels welcome.

Our Yoga class is a physical, mental and spiritual practice which involves combining breathing work, fluid  movement and classic poses.  Whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced, this class will cater for all.​

Max 25 Participants - you can book and collect your receipt at the Tennis Centre reception for this class.



Designed to target your torso by working all aspects of the abs and back, sculpting your abs into shape and strengthening your core, which is the key to your overall strength. Classes are constantly varied and equipment such as stability balls and resistance bands are used.

Gym Circuits is a class that is conducted using various different equipment within a gym environment. The circuits include a combination of cardio machines, resistance machines and body weight exercises. It is a perfect class for those who are lacking motivation in the gym and need new ideas.

Max 10 particpants  



Resistance training class where an instructor will create and guide you through individualised training sessions based on experience and ability.  There will be a mixture of resistance machines, free weights and bodyweight exercises which will be created dependant on your ability and experience.  If you go to the gym and don't really know what you're doing or why you're doing it then this class is for you.
