During each year, Cardiff Met makes strides to cohere various strands of its activity on the sustainability agenda. The progress with environmental and sustainability initiatives and review of policies are reported each year to Sustainability Committee and the Board of Governors.

Our Travel Plan provides a comprehensive framework to continually review and improve University travel practices, and is an essential element of the University's corporate values.

Our successful approach to travel planning was recognised with a Gold Level Welsh Travel Planning Award in 2011 and Platinum in 2016.
