The University is participating in the Santander Intern Programme, connecting talented graduates with some of the UK's fastest growing, most exciting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

As part of the Santander Universities Internship Programme, Cardiff Met is offering your company the opportunity to hire our skilled students and recent graduates (within two years of graduating) to assist you with a project for up to ten weeks.
This programme is open to organisations with 250 employees or less which have an annual turnover of fifty million pounds or less ("SMEs). They must be registered and based in the UK. Eligible Organisations include companies, sole traders, partnerships and charities.
There are a number of benefits from participating in the Santander Internship Programme:
> Get a different perspective on your projects from a new, motivated member of your team
> Gain insights from our students or recent graduates for a particular area
> Receive funding from Santander to hire extra resources to help you deliver a project within a defined timescale.
Santander is contributing 50% of the funding for the internship therefore the internship will cost £150 per week to the SME.
The internship will last for up to 10 weeks and the intern will receive £300 per week.

The Santander Internship Programme will provide our Cardiff Met current students or recent graduates paid-for work experience within an SME for up to ten weeks.

Once you have identified an internship that you wish to apply to in the current vacancies section below, you will need to send your CV with a cover letter to the contact given in the advertisement. The SME will then proceed with the shortlisting and conduct an interview.
