The FdA aims to provide a blend of learning opportunities together with the experience of studying within a university setting; attending lectures and workshops and using a wide range of resources and research techniques.
The context of the degree is based on management and leadership and personal development. It allows you to demonstrate your competence through a work-based project, rather than a traditional dissertation, and ultimately aims to meet the desired assessment method, which is more applicable and relevant to you - giving a choice on how you wish to be assessed.
