Understanding Your Microbiological Results

Entry Requirements: No formal qualifications are required.

Course Content:
• Analysis of the major types of micro organisms found in a food production environment and their likely occurrence in on the site.
• Interpreting microbiological results
• Determining acceptable levels

Course Objectives: To train non- microbiologists to interpret microbiological results and apply the appropriate reaction confidently.

Course aimed at: Quality Assessors and technical staff that are responsible for the safety of food.
