Health and Risk Management

​​This research theme brings together multidisciplinary expertise from Health Professionals, Biomedical Scientists, Environmental Scientists and Applied Psychologists. Research within this theme deals with finding more effective ways to manage a wide range of risks that influence human health and wellbeing. Our work here addresses exposure to environmental hazards, industrial risks, health behaviours, crime and diagnostic processes, as well as infectious and non-communicable diseases.
