Profile
I am originally from Poland, and hold qualifications in education, and speech and language therapy from Warsaw University. I worked in educational and medical settings for a number of years whilst in Poland. Since moving to the UK, I have been working as a minority ethnic achievement teacher and a bilingual teaching assistant supporting children with English as an Additional Language (EAL). In September 2015, I started my PhD on bilingual speech development in Polish-speaking children in the UK.
Research interests
My research interests are bilingual speech and language acquisition, and early intervention in speech and language therapy.
