Knowledge Innovation Technology Exchange (KITE)
With the aim of increasing sales of Welsh-based food products by £10m before the end of 2013, the KITE Programme facilitates a partnership between SME food businesses, graduates and the Food Industry Centres at Cardiff Metropolitan University. The Programme exceeded its target before 2013 and is now at £90m.

Dairy Science & Technology Conference (1st) - KITE Programme
