My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre
I am one of four ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre (FIC) Technologists. I work with many Welsh food and drink industry partners to develop technical systems and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout their processes. This may involve support with writing HACCP plans, review of process documentation, nutritional analysis, review of labelling, chemical analysis, or support with third party audit preparation in the form of internal audits. I also work on consultancy projects, with my main area of focus being sensory evaluation.
