My role at the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre

As Business Operations Manager, I am responsible for the success of the Operations Team, focussing on Operations and Contract Management, Project Management, People Management and HR Management  

My role requires me to support the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre (FIC) Director in the overall development and management of all operational issues, linking with other Senior Managers to lead in the development, implementation and management of processes and procedures to address and meet key strategic priorities

Local Business Leader 

Working with the Department for Work and Pensions, Job Centre Plus, local employers and key Stakeholder on supporting long term unemployed back into work. As Local Business Leader, I had overall responsibility for achieving and exceeding contractual and financial targets within both a single and multi-site operation by managing a team of professionals and providing operational support, advice and guidance ensuring the effective delivery of Department of Work and Pensions contracts

Working for one of the largest and most successful national work-based learning and apprenticeship training providers for the retail and service industry, I was responsible for managing and driving learner recruitment, retention and achievement to meet contract profile and seeking out and maximizing business opportunities which enabled targets to be achieved that were in line with company plans and strategies.
