The 11th International Conference of Culinary Arts and Sciences

In 2019, ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre will be teaming up with the Welsh Centre for Tourism Research to deliver the 11th International Conference on Culinary Arts and Sciences.

​ICCAS 2019 is being hosted by the Welsh Centre for Tourism Research and the ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre

Location: Cardiff School of Management, Llandaff Campus, Cardiff Metropolitan University

14th January 2019: Notification to authors

14th February 2019: Deadline for submission of revised papers and/or posters

14th March 2019: Early Bird Registration closes

15th March 2019: Regular Registration opens

26th May 2019: Late Registration opens

 

26th June 2019: Postgraduate Symposium

27th-28th June 2019: ICCAS Conference

29th June  2019: ICCAS Steering Committee meeting
