Join us for the 17th annual conference with over 100 food and drink industry professionals. At this free conference you’ll hear from industry leading speakers and there’ll be great opportunities to network with delegates from food and drink processing and manufacturing businesses, academia, environmental health and trading standards.

Topics: A range of speakers will discuss the impact of allergens on business and society. Topics will include allergen control requirements, allergen management, successfully manufacturing products that are free from allergens and the role played by regulators, industry and consumers.

Venue: Hilton Cardiff (opposite Cardiff Castle in the city centre), Kingsway, Greyfriars Rd, Cardiff CF10 3HH
For those flying into the city, Cardiff International Airport (CWL) is just a 30 minute drive from the hotel. There is limited parking available at the Hilton (£15 a day) and you can find other car parking by Cardiff City Hall on King Edward VII Avenue and Museum Avenue as well as at the NCP Greyfriars Road.
Teas, coffees and lunch will be provided during the day.
