Healthy University Launch

The University has recently developed a Healthy University Strategy. 

Thank you all for your thoughts and feedback in the consultation period held earlier this year. 

​The consultation process stimulated a wealth of feedback which has subsequently been categorised into key themes.

To launch the Healthy University Strategy we have a range of events planned in October for you to get involved in:

Black History Month 1st October - Visit the Cardiff Met Stall between 12-6pm on Saturday, 1st October at the Wales Millennium Centre.

Cardiff Met is proudly sponsoring the Race Council Cymru Black History Month Wales Youth awards on 30th September 2016 as well as Black History Month itself. For more information about BHM events click here.

World Mental Health day 10th October, 12-2pm, Llandaff. (Stall at Cyncoed TBC)

Staff Bike/ Walk to Work 10th- 21st October -
Staff who pledge to walk/ cycle to work can apply for vouchers to receive a free breakfast. For more information and to register please click here.

Go Green Day 14th October - Cardiff Met has a series of events for Go Green Day. Click here for more information and how to book.

Traveline Cymru Travel Plan Website - In partnership with Traveline Cymru, Cardiff Met has a dedicated journey plan website on how to get to the Cardiff Met campuses.
