In today’s business world you have to be prepared to work for organisations that must adapt to rapidly changing environments. How these changes can be managed and successfully implemented is the main focus of this Summer School. The two-week full-time tuition programme is based on our highly successful MSc and MBA Project Management degree programmes and offers you a challenging, diversified and application-based tuition programme centered on the practical application of the Project Management Institute© (PMI) global standards.
The programme is designed for students from all disciplines whose field of study may see them assuming responsibility for projects one day. Together with other participants from around the world you will work on a team project that gives you an opportunity to apply what you have learned to real projects from industry. Business experts and academics from Cardiff Met and our partner institutions will give you a vivid impression of the practical work of project management and show how the tools of project management are being applied in companies today.
