Students who have the following qualifications may be considered for direct entry onto relevant schemes at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Foundation Courses
International Foundation: Diploma of Upper Secondary Education with overall 50% (Pass) OR 5 GCE O Levels (Grade A-C) to include Maths and English plus UKVI IELTS of 4.5
Foundation (with pathways): The equivalent of 5 GCE O Levels (Grade A-C) to include Maths and English plus 32 UCAS tariff points from at least 1 A level plus IELTS of 6.0
Undergraduate Courses
Associate Degree with overall Pass
Two years of a Bachelors Degree with minimum 50% marks
Higher Diploma with overall Pass
A Levels will be considered against the standard UCAS tariff
International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 24 points
Postgraduate Courses
Bachelors Degree from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks plus work experience will be considered
Masters Degree with overall Pass (50%)
