International Students in the UK

Many of our international students come to Cardiff Metropolitan University after studying another course in the UK. If you are already taking a course at another UK institution and would like to find out more about studying here, why not visit us and see our excellent facilities for yourself.

We hold open days throughout the year and these are a great opportunity for you to find out more about courses, see the campus and facilities and discover what life at Cardiff is like. Schools also hold their own open days, allowing you to talk to expert tutors about your chosen course, view our impressive facilities and take a look around the modern accommodation.

If you are not able to attend an open day, you would be very welcome to contact us to arrange an individual visit. This is a great way to see the campus and find out more about what it's like to study at the University.

We also frequently attend events and exhibitions around the UK, giving you the opportunity to meet with us face-to-face to discuss the university, our courses and facilities, and to find out what life at Cardiff Metropolitan is like.

Partnerships in the UK

Cardiff Metropolitan have a key partners within the UK, who offer our accredited programmes from Foundation to Postgraduate study. We are also proud members of the FH2HE consortium, offering a framework for higher education level studies to be undertaken at member further education colleges and to assist with student progression to Cardiff Metropolitan, as well as meeting employer-led demand for developing skills and training. These partnerships allow students to benefit from not only our quality education, but the chance to transfer after or during their course of study to us.
