*Please note 'Compatibility' mode needs to be activated for Internet Explorer 11. Navigate to Tools (cog icon) in the top right-hand corner and select Compatibility View Settings and click 'Add' to add the website to compatibility view.

Technical Difficulties

If you are experiencing technical difficulties when completing your online application, we recommend the completing the following steps:

1)    Clear the cookies and cache on the internet browser that you are using and reopening the browser. Please find the linked guidance below:

2)    Try and remove any special characters where possible, such as "@" "*" "_".

3)    The application has timed out. The application can time out and become unresponsive if no action was detected on the page for a period of time. The application has timed out. For sections of the application form such as supporting information, we would suggest copying this from an application such as Word into your application form.

4)    If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your application, you may complete a manual application form provided in either English or Welsh.
