Course Content

The programme duration is 7 days over 4 months. Each group of delegates participate in a series of Workshops, Action Learning Sets and Master-Classes, focusing on key areas such as:

  • Leadership and Management Strategies
  • Coaching and Engagement
  • Managing Finance and Budgets
  • Marketing & Social Media
  • Creativity and Innovation in the workplace
  • Change Strategies

Eligibility

The programme is part funded by the Welsh Government. To be eligible, you will need to live or work in Wales and be employed in the private sector.
