PM4SD

Project Management and Sustainable Development: this combination forms the basis of PM4SD - the international qualification for managing tourism projects.

This certification is seen as an important benchmark for the competitiveness and growth of the tourism industry.

Certify your ability to:

  • Understand and learn how to design and implement tourism projects in line with sustainable tourism policies and practices.
  • Utilize a range of tools and techniques to be used for managing projects and workloads with sustainability.

Project managers and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including Project Board members (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners), Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers), Project Assurance (e.g. Business Change Analysts), Project Support (e.g. Project and Programme Office personnel) and operational line managers/staff.
