A recent addition to the Enterprise Team, I have two main roles. I coordinate all aspects of Cardiff School of Management (CSM) Enterprise Marketing and Communications, as well as overseeing and coordinating the financial aspects of CSM Enterprise projects. My focus is to support and project manage the provision, planning and execution of our events including the Enterprise Business Club, The Forum, Guest Lectures, Awards and Networking Events.
My career in the HE sector has been varied. Starting as a Lecturer in the Tourism, Hospitality and Events Department, I moved to lecture in other departments as well as working as a Personal Tutor for CSM students. Since 2016 I have worked primarily in business development and external engagement roles for the University.
A large part of my working life was spent in South Africa and then Spain where I worked in Hotel and Tourism Marketing roles before I moved to the UK. I owned and operated my own hotel business for 18 years.
Qualifications include Executive MBA, FHEA, BSc (Hons), PGCE, PRINCE2. I also have a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (CELTA).
