Angela holds an undergraduate Law degree and an LLM in Law and Employment Relations and has experience of running her own business prior to commencing working full time in academia.
Since joining the University, Angela has held several management roles including Head of Department Business and Management and that of Programme Director on a range of undergraduate business-related programmes. She has also wide experience in chairing both internal and external examination boards and involvement in numerous validation events. Currently she is the Law Field Group Chair, a position she has held for several years.
An important part of the work that Angela has undertaken for the University in the past has been working with international colleges across the world. Through this she has gained a sound foundation for the sharing of best practice and the creation of greater understanding and appreciation of the importance of cultural diversity which she has incorporated into her teaching practice. She remains actively involved in both the delivery and development of a range of modules across a number of business and professional degrees.
