Catherine joined the Creative Leadership and Enterprise Centre in 2010 and has had the opportunity during the last five years to work with a variety of sectors from SME's in the public, private and third sectors and more recently the Construction Industry.  Catherine predominately works in the field of Leadership and Management from a research, teaching and administration level.  She has designed and delivered a range of bespoke leadership development programmes aimed at both developing and established business leaders. Part her of role is directed at looking at variety models of growth and change for SME's in Wales through the 20Twenty Leadership Programme in the hope of providing a deeper insight into issues of SME growth and leadership.   Prior to that she was a Research Fellow at Glamorgan Business School, University of Glamorgan, her research focused on: Workplace Conflict, Leadership, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Development, Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Leadership.  She has also taught on a number of postgraduate and undergraduate courses in business and society.
