Natasha has been working on developing enterprise education both inside and outside the curriculum since 2006. Natasha developed a passion for enterprise education whilst studying for a BA (hons) in Retail Management at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC), when in her spare time she set up the university's first enterprise and employability society. After graduating in 2008 Natasha secured the role of Entrepreneurship Coordinator at UWIC and gained a place on the International Entrepreneurship Educators Programme (IEEP) where, on completion of the programme, she became the youngest educator to be awarded a fellowship with The National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education (NCEE). In 2012 Natasha completed a PGCE PCET at Cardiff Metropolitan University and in 2014 gained a Masters in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education at Coventry University.
In her previous role at Cardiff Met, Natasha set up and managed the Centre for Entrepreneurship, which delivered a suite of extra-curricular enterprise education programmes as well as supporting business start-ups. The Centre won a Guardian Education Award for excellence in Enterprise Education in 2015 for its programmes and engagement with local businesses and community.
Natasha has also managed a number of Welsh Government funded projects including the South East Wales Higher Education Entrepreneurship Regional Hub, partners of which include Cardiff University, University South Wales and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
