As a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Ricky is passionate about teaching in range of accounting, finance and banking modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Ricky is a research-led academic, applying pedagogical research into day-to-day teaching. His current research interests include experiential learning, using technology in finance education, entrepreneurship education and current issues in higher education. Rciky currently supervises a PhD student in research of corporate governance and money laundering in east Africa. Prior to joining Cardiff Metropolitan University, Ricky was a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader of two postgraduate programmes at University of South Wales.
