"The programme has created a strong Alumni community.  We have enjoyed working with South East Wales' leading business from the private and public sector, and delivering to 11 cohorts, with over 1000 hours of executive coaching delivered.

"Participants of the programme have reported growth in revenues and employment, and collectively have contributed £35 million to the Welsh economy and created 347 new additional jobs, as well as safeguarding 7000 jobs".

Professor Morgan also highlighted "Cardiff Metropolitan University has always sought to be a key partner in enabling the economic growth of the region. The 20Twenty success story is just one example of how we can contribute to society by bringing business communities together with academic and practical expertise to create tangible economic benefits"
