Staff from the University's collaborative partners from Wales and across the world attended a recent training event held in Cardiff.
Colleagues from the University's partners in Bulgaria, India, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Morocco and Singapore as well as Wales and UK based partners attended the two day partner training event.
The event covered a range of topics including student support, quality assurance and enhancement, developments in resources available to partners and enhancing the student experience. A keynote lecture was delivered by Peter Williams (Vice Chair of Cardiff Met's Board of Governors) and Bastian Baumann (HE consultant) , who delivered a joint lecture on 'Current Developments in International Quality Assurance', drawing on their experience in the UK, EU and internationally.
The conference dinner, prepared by Cardiff School of Management (CSM) hospitality students provided an excellent opportunity for further discussion and networking. The dinner showcased the very high standard of work being produced by CSM students.
