Evaluate & Reflect

​This Process should be embedded into the mentoring relationship from the start and continue throughout.  The mentor should be evaluating and reflecting on:

    • Their personal performance; the mentees development; the success of the relationship.

    • Building the mentees confidence and competence in order for the mentee to recognise the distance travelled and skills they've developed.

    • Getting the mentee to feedback to them about their own development.

    • Reflecting: Personal development i.e. distance travelled by both the mentee and the mentor.​
