This Process should be embedded into the mentoring relationship from the start and continue throughout. The mentor should be evaluating and reflecting on:
Their personal performance; the mentees development; the success of the relationship.
Building the mentees confidence and competence in order for the mentee to recognise the distance travelled and skills they've developed.
Getting the mentee to feedback to them about their own development.
Reflecting: Personal development i.e. distance travelled by both the mentee and the mentor.
