The workshop will explore three key themes – how to create the conditions for high performance, how to develop team cohesion and effectiveness and how to manage and motivate individual talent.
Sessions also briefly consider two team scenarios – how to guard against complacency and maintain the momentum of a successful team and how to restore confidence and turnaround a team in transition.
The margins between success and failure in elite team sport (and business) are small and getting smaller. Leaders require discretionary effort, innovative insights and adaptive learning from their people to perform effectively in today’s increasingly complex and competitive environments.
This intensive and interactive workshop explores the underlying issues and principles for success drawing on transferable insights from elite sport.
The workshop will be delivered through a series of facilitated sessions and break out groups drawing on applied theory, contemporary concepts and real life case studies.
Our style of delivery also places great emphasis on exploring participants' own insights and experiences and establishing principles for action back in the workplace.
