Adam joined the Cardiff School of Sport in 2010 as a Performance Analysis Officer before moving into an academic post in September 2014. During this time he has supported the learning and teaching infrastructure within performance analysis as well as contributed heavily to the enterprise initiatives of the Centre for Performance Analysis, where he has provided a range of consultancy services to professional sports teams and NGBs.

Teaching and Supervision

I currently deliver on performance analysis modules at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. Alongside this I also have an active role in the supervision and mentorship of students undertaking work based learning, both internally (Cardiff Met Sport) and externally. I am also a L5 personal tutor for Sports Performance Analysis students and supervise undergraduate dissertation students.

Welsh Netball
I am currently linked with Welsh Netball supporting the delivery of performance analysis and mentorship of work based learning students within the organisation. 

Professional practice and enterprise activities  
Previous projects undertaken include, bespoke design and delivery of CPD short courses and training, implementation of best practice operating solutions and quality systems in performance analysis (e.g. workflow design). Acting as an external consultant, with responsibilities for the delivery of performance analysis services based on the needs of professional sports teams and NGBs.
