Melissa is a Lecturer on the BSc(hons) Sport Development programme and is also the Research Methods lead and the Employability lead for the Sport Management / Development group.

Teaching and Supervision

I am the module leader for Introduction to Physical Activity and Behaviour Change (SSP4006) and Sporting Interventions Promoting Behaviour Change (SS5004) and also teach on Introduction to Sport Development (SSP4004), Sport Development in Practice (SSP5056) and Level 4 and 5 Research Process modules. I am a Level 5 and 6 Year Tutor and Personal Tutor for Sport Development students and supervise undergraduate dissertation students.  At Masters level, I teach on Research Methods for Management and Leadership (SSP7065) and Principles for Management and Leadership (SSP7060).
