Sylvia is a Technical Demonstrator for the Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage (SCRaM) Programme.  Her main roles include supporting teaching and the organisation of equipment used within the SCRaM discipline.

I have a passion for coaching gymnastics and more recently strength and conditioning.  My current role involves incorporating both skill development and strength and conditioning in the aim of physically prepare young gymnasts for selection into the Welsh development squad.
