Advice and support when you need it

Cardiff Metropolitan University

All Student Services & Employability (SS&E) teams are still working and able to offer support to continuing students to make the most of your time at Cardiff Met. While we aren’t offering in-person appointments at this time, you can meet with us via Microsoft Teams, or on the phone, depending on your preference. 

All appointments can be booked through MetHub which continuing students can access using your Cardiff Met login details. SS&E includes Careers Advice, Counselling, Disability & Dyslexia Support, Mental Health & Wellbeing and Money Advice. We also handle a whole range of questions through the iZone, who can currently be reached on izone@cardiffmet.ac.uk and they will either get back to you directly, or pass your question on to the person who can help.  

If you are joining us for the first time in September, you will have access to the whole range of support on offer from day one - you can be reassured that we will be on hand to help you on a wide range of matters.

Returning to us in October? Login using your Cardiff Met login details and access a range of services from Careers Advice, to Counselling, Health and Wellbeing, and Money Advice.
