We have recorded yet another strong year of overall student satisfaction according to the National Student Satisfaction Survey (NSS). Published on 15 July 2020, the NSS results show that 85% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that they were satisfied with the quality of their course overall putting us at joint third position in Wales.
We want to build on this result and have put a number of measures in place to ensure that whether you are returning to study with us in October or joining us for the first time, you will still enjoy the same high quality experience whilst maintaining our enhanced levels of safety. Further details of these measures can be found under the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) pages for both Applicants and Continuing students below.
The FAQs provide the most up-to-date information on areas such as dates for the start of term, information around applying for halls of residence as well as the latest information around sports and physical activity participation.
Our estates team are busy preparing our facilities, providing more hygiene stations, reconfiguring lecture theatres, labs, workshops and social spaces, and enhancing our environment to make the ‘new normal’ work for us all.
