When making your online application, you will be asked to select your four accommodation preferences based on the campus you will be studying at. Please note, whilst we take your preferences into consideration we cannot guarantee your preferred choice.
If you would prefer to live in a private rented house, please contact us using the details below as the Accommodation Office maintain a list of landlords who have properties that are suitable for students, meet all legislative requirements and do not charge any fees.

Allocation policy restrictions apply. You will need to have a confirmed place at Cardiff Met starting September 2023. Accommodation will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and you may not be allocated your preferred location. The University reserves the right to close applications once accommodation becomes full.
