How your application is considered
When you submit an application for a Scholarship, you will receive an automatic reply acknowledging your application. If you do not receive this reply, please contact
email@example.com as soon as possible to check we have received your application successfully. You application is automatically forwarded to the Bursaries and Scholarships officer to record and review, if there are any queries with your application you will be contacted via email. If necessary, we will contact you mid-way through the application process to update you with useful information. If you are successful you will then receive email acknowledgement after the closing date. This is likely to be around September time.
Other Bursary Options
Outside of Cardiff Met, there may be funding options available for you depending on your individual circumstances. We have listed below some of the options we have found available:
Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust - up to £3000 per annum towards the cost of an undergraduate degree.
Trendhim Scholarship - 2000 Euros for those studying in Fashion, Marketing or IT.
St Matthias Trust - up to £10,000 for applicants who are, or intend to become, engaged in social welfare work as social workers, community workers, youth workers, teachers, supervisors of pre-school groups or music/other arts.
NHS Wales Bursary Scheme - provides tuition fees and bursary support for those studying health associated courses in Wales
Cardiff Metropolitan University aims to ensure that information provided to applicants on procedures is as detailed and accurate as possible. Cardiff Metropolitan University regularly reviews and monitors all matters to ensure that the process is as fair and transparent as possible.
