A very warm welcome to Student Services. We can provide you with a range of information and advice through our Student Advisory and Wellbeing Services to enhance your experience during your study at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Our work

Our staff, in collaboration with the academic schools, internal professional services, the Students' Union and external professional agencies and services, work together with students to ensure you are supported throughout your time at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

The Wellbeing and the Advisory Services offer free, impartial, non-judgemental and confidential support to all students at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

We are proud of the quality of our provision and the excellent relationships our staff establish with students.

Our Opening Times

Student Services is open for business Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm on both Llandaff and Cyncoed Campuses.  The I-Zone on both campuses can also help with any non-academic query.
