We support University students facing barriers to securing work experience.
You can help a student improve their work related skills, while demonstrating your corporate social responsibility and willingness to help create a fairer society.
The Programme is part-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) through the Welsh Government.

We work with all kinds of employers in Wales to source opportunities for:
Work shadowing - up to three days of unpaid work experience where you observe someone in their role to understand how they do their job.

Work placements - four to six weeks of work experience getting hands-on experience or working on a project.
We are funded through the European Social Fund, and this funding has eligibility criteria.
