Health and wellbeing

The health and wellbeing of our students, staff and city community is our top priority.

We understand at times things might feel a little unsettling, and our dedicated Student Services team are always on hand to make sure students get the most out of University life. We're here to help – students just need to ask.

Anybody concerned for a student's health and wellbeing can complete our Student Services form leading to our wellbeing team making contact and helping where needed.

All of our Student Services are available digitally through MetHub, including:

  • Wellbeing advice and support
  • Welfare advice
  • Chaplaincy Service

The i-zone is the 'front desk' for Student Services and Employability. The team can answer non-academic queries and signpost to teams across the University who can help. Students can contact the i-zone for advice and support by emailing izone@cardiffmet.ac.uk or phoning +44(0)29 2041 6170
