Academic and Management Boards

The Academic Board is a Committee of the Board of Governors and is the University's senior academic authority. The Academic Board is responsible for consideration of academic quality and standards, the development of academic dimensions of the strategic planning arrangements of the University, and the resources needed to support research, innovation, scholarship, learning, teaching and the broader student experience, as well as advising the Board of Governors and the Vice-Chancellor on related matters. 

 

The Management Board is the principal management and executive decision-making group of the University providing active and visible leadership. It supports, advises and assists the Vice-Chancellor in the performance of their duties, within the delegation framework of the University.
