UK Students
UK and EU students are required to pay a £200 deposit which is refundable providing no damage has been caused or rent is outstanding at the end of the contract.
Please note a room key will not be issued without Cardiff Met receiving payment of a deposit.
International students
International students are required to pay a £500 deposit which is paid via your accommodation application to the International Office. The deposit is refundable providing no damage has been caused or rent is outstanding at the end of the contract.
