- Interested in children and healthy eating
- Fruit and vegetable consumption, particularly potatoes
- The childhood obesity epidemic
- The macro-environmental and micro-environmental factors that influence youngsters eating habits
Projects: Doing a PhD project titled: 'Making Vegetables "cool": Improving the Eating Habits of Wales' Younger Generation'. Working in collaboration with Puffin Produce and funded by KESS2.
Profile (personal bio): After doing an undergraduate degree in BA(Hons) Product design followed by an MSc Marketing, I began this PhD in January 2017.
Expertise: Attended the 2017 European Industry Doctoral School at Bangor University. Won the 2017 Poster Symposium Competition at University.
