Teaching
David was previously a child care social worker and training officer ; he lectures in law, social policy , working with vulnerable adults, evaluating quality in health and social care, and personal and professional development . He teaches on both the health and social care degree and the social work degree. He is also a dissertation supervisor.
Research
David has undertaken research into children’s homes for his MSc and joint research with the Fostering Network on Fostering Higher Education Success in Wales.
