​Over the coming months we’re hosting a series of webinars which will give an overview of key food safety considerations for businesses.

The one-hour webinars are designed for anyone responsible for food safety within a start-up, micro, small or medium sized business. They’ll feature lots of practical examples:

Introduction to Allergen Management and Control - 1 December, 11am – 12pm

This introductory webinar for food and drink manufacturers will give an overview of how to successfully manage allergens on site. The webinar will provide an understanding of what foods commonly cause allergic reactions and explain the possible consequences of poor allergen management. It will also help you understand how you can comply with relevant legislation.
