18th Annual UK Association for Food Protection Conference - Global Food Safety in the COVID-19 Era

The 18th UKAFP conference looked at a range of food and drink safety considerations throughout the global economy. With changes to UK legislation and an increasing need to source ingredients from the wider world and grow our export markets, the technical requirement to maintain the highest standards of food safety has never been more important.
